Fees and Rates
The District's highest priority is to ensure the delivery of a reliable water supply of the highest quality at reasonable and equitable costs.
On January 26, 2022, the Board of Directors approved a three-year rate structure. The second rate adjustment became effective January 1, 2023. These adjustments affect the daily base rate and the volumetric rate. The rate structure cannot exceed each year’s specified percentage. To see where your rates go, view:

Update January 6, 2025: There is no rate increase effective January 1, 2025. The Board of Directors is currently reviewing a Draft Retail Rate plan which includes a proposed 5-year rate schedule. Updates will be sent view email, mail, and posted on the website.
Base charge: calculated by multiplying your meter size base charge by the number of days in the billing cycle ($2.92 x 61 days = $178.12).
Consumption charge: calculated by multiplying the number of units used by the volumetric rate (70 units x $1.07 = $74.90).
